Trie's Camembert In the Making
After a lengthy waiting for the ingredients (especially those whitish P. camemberti spores, a cheese so much adored by my palate is on the making. Started on 28 May 2012, this "durian-flesh" look-alike is currently waiting for maturity. It takes another 2 weeks to get its expected taste.
