Indonesian Cheese

The idea of generating the phrase "Indonesian Cheese" actually stems from a hidden rebel against the fact that no indigeneous cheese has emerged from the land of Indonesia. While it may be accepted that no tradition of cheese making (or even cheese consumption) has developed among Indonesian people, I feel a bit uneasy since the production of milk from Indonesian dairy farms has been increasing from time to time.
