Trie's Camembert In the Making

After a lengthy waiting for the ingredients (especially those whitish P. camemberti spores, a cheese so much adored by my palate is on the making. Started on 28 May 2012, this "durian-flesh" look-alike is currently waiting for maturity. It takes another 2 weeks to get its expected taste.

Cheese Press

Inilah versi terakhir cheese press (alat pres keju) yang dipakai di dapur Trie's Cheese.

Setelah beselancar di internet untuk mendapatkan referensi desain, dilanjutkan mutar-muter di Harco Glodok untuk mencari bahan-bahan, plus sedikit "engineering", jadilah cheese press seperti ini.

Sebelum mendapatkan bentuk yang terakhir, cheese press di dapur Trie's Cheese telah mengalami serangkaian "evolusi" seperti terrekam dalam gambar ini....hehehehe
